Arrived promptly. Had the problem fixed in minutes! Very polite and pleasant. Would use Box Appliance again!

We had an icing problem with our fridge. Merle diagnosed it correctly over the phone, came two days later to fix it and worked well past his closing time to get the job done. Parts were needed and he had those available. We are very happy with the service.

We had combo oven microwave oven, Merle figured out what was wrong and got it going with the parts on hand in his van. We live 20 miles outside of Medicine Hat and he was the only one that would come out here even though he was a lot farther away then any one in the Hat. We will use him again very happy

Merle is an honest reliable person to have in your home to fix your appliance. I called him in the morning and he came an hour later. He has fixed my dishwasher, dryer and washer in the last week and each time I have been completely happy with his work. I don't worry that he will charge me extra for something that doesn't need fixing! Now that is true service!!

Was able to come fix my washing machine same day I phoned in & only took maybe 15 minutes to repair. Very satisfied & was very nice. Pleasure to deal with, will phone again if i have more issues. :)

WOW absolutely amazing service I received this evening. I called for my tumble dryer. Merle came out to my house immediately @ 8pm and fixed my dryer within 10 minutes. Thank you so so much for your wonderful expertees. I would HIGHLY recommend.
